Grenada
Global Village Shelters (our first run, 6 meter prototypes) were donated to Grenada in 2005 for Hurricane Emily relief. We worked with Architecture For Humanity, Arquitectonica, and Grenada Relief, Recovery, and Reconstruction (GR3) to ship the shelters to those in need. St. Georges Medical School and GR3 placed the units as temporary homes and rural clinics; over 70 families were housed.
